Give people immediate, free and high-quality access to the calculation, validation, lookup and analysis tools that support professional life. All of it with AI trained on real-world context, never trading away privacy, speed or technical accuracy.

We believe a labor lawyer in Teresina, an accountant in Porto Alegre, a speech therapist in Belém or a developer in Curitiba should have access to the same cutting-edge tools that large firms and São Paulo fintechs enjoy. UtilizAí exists to close that gap.

There are 142 tools in production, organized by type (validators, converters, generators, calculators and lookups) and by area of use (labor, health, finance, crypto, speech-language pathology, documents, companies, geo and time, general utilities). Includes document validators (CPF, CNPJ, CNH, PIS, Voter ID), converters (units, currencies, cryptocurrencies, images), generators (password, QR code, WhatsApp link), calculators (CLT severance, INSS, income tax, vacation, 13th salary, prior notice, financing, retirement, BMI, stuttering, dysphagia, vocal load, crypto tax, DCA) and lookups (ZIP, CNPJ, area code, banks, holidays, company 360, Official Gazette).

All delivered through a responsive web interface, a public REST API documented in OpenAPI 3.1, an MCP server for AI agents, an official npm SDK and SEO pages generated dynamically from public datasets.

Most tools in the Brazilian market are static calculators. UtilizAí integrates AI directly into tools to interpret results, generate reports, summarize long Official Gazette publications, classify business codes, suggest conduct in clinical triage and help with financial decisions. The AI is optional, available on paid plans, and integrates into the normal flow with no redirects or context switches.

For anyone who does not want AI, the platform works perfectly in traditional mode, with auditable formulas, cited sources and results that can be verified against official software.

Sensitive calculations (labor, payroll, clinical, financial data) run 100% in the user's browser. Nothing is sent to the server, nothing is stored in a database, nothing is shared with third parties. This is the case for the severance calculator, speech-language pathology tools, the retirement simulator, the crypto income-tax calculator.

Only strictly necessary data for account-based features (history, Official Gazette alerts, API keys) is persisted, always with per-user isolation via Row-Level Security on Postgres, encryption at rest and audit logs. UtilizAí is freemium. Anyone can use the platform for free, forever, on the basic tools. Those who need more volume, AI, Official Gazette Monitor, PDF exports, long history, expanded API quota or enterprise features can subscribe to one of the paid plans starting at R$ 49/month, cancellable anytime, with no lock-in and no fine print.

UtilizAí was founded by Renato Candido dos Passos, a programmer for over a decade and a commercial manager with 15+ years in B2B/B2C sales, RevOps, Customer Success and AI applied to business. He holds a degree in Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies and Digital-Era Finance from Ampli/Anhanguera, is pursuing a Chemistry teaching licensure at IFG (Federal Institute of Goiás, 8th semester), and has complementary training in Theology, Philosophy and ongoing studies in Speech-Language Pathology, plus specializations in Oratory, Storytelling, Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and Applied AI for Business. All clinical tools in the speech-language pathology vertical are developed based on peer-reviewed literature (Behlau, Hirano, ASHA, Gasparini, Crary, Riley, Andrade, among others) and are visibly referenced in each tool. That is how we make sure professionals can trust the results.
