Despite the technical rigor applied (auditable formulas, current official tables, cited bibliographical references), concrete decisions must be validated with a professional qualified in the specific topic.

Health and speech therapy

BMI, calorie, hydration, ideal weight, heart rate, macronutrient, sleep, fertility calendar calculators and all tools in the speech-therapy vertical (MPT, S/Z ratio, GRBAS, CAPE-V, VHI-10, F0, vocal range, speech rate, %SS, SSI, language milestones, intelligibility, phonological awareness screening, EAT-10, FOIS, vocal load, vocal hygiene) are screening and monitoring tools.

• They do not replace medical consultation, speech-language assessment or therapeutic follow-up.
• We do not issue diagnoses, prescriptions or mandatory clinical conduct.
• Data entered by the user is processed exclusively in the browser, not sent to our servers nor shared with third parties (LGPD Art. 11, local processing).
• In case of acute symptoms, seek in-person care, the Brazilian public health system (SUS) or an emergency care unit.

Labor law and CLT

Termination, vacation, 13th salary, INSS, IRRF, overtime, night shift and prior notice simulators use official 2026 tables published by the Federal Revenue, Social Security and Caixa Econômica Federal.

• Results are approximate. Small differences may occur in specific cases (unhealthy conditions, hazardousness, transfer allowance, collective bargaining agreement).
• Formal homologation must be done via union, eSocial or a qualified accountant.
• In labor litigation, consult a lawyer registered with the OAB, your union or the Federal Public Defender's Office.

Financial and investments

Financing (SAC/PRICE), fixed income, retirement, goals, emergency reserve, PGBL/VGBL simulators and bank product comparators are informational.

• We are not a financial institution authorized by the Brazilian Central Bank nor a securities consultant registered with the CVM.
• We do not offer, recommend or distribute investment products.
• Past results (SELIC, CDI, IPCA historical) do not guarantee future results.
• Before contracting credit, investments or private pensions, consult a certified financial planner (CFP) or your bank.

Cryptocurrencies and digital assets

Crypto income tax, staking APY, portfolio, DCA, gas fee, crypto-vs-traditional comparator, DEX rates and quote converter calculators use public data from CoinGecko, DefiLlama and public network RPCs.

• Cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile assets and may lose all value.
• We are not a broker (exchange), we do not custody assets, we do not execute orders.
• Tax simulation follows IN RFB 1888/2019; the final declaration is the taxpayer's responsibility and must consider all operations across all brokers used.
• Staking APY is volatile; liquidity pools have impermanent loss and smart contract risks; DEXs have exploit risk.

Queries to public databases

ZIP code, CNPJ, area code, bank, holiday, Company 360 and Official Gazette Monitor queries use public third-party APIs (ViaCEP, BrasilAPI, Federal Revenue, IBGE, Querido Diário).

• Data may show delays or divergence from real-time official databases.
• For critical decisions (due diligence, contracting, litigation), confirm with official sources of the federal government and competent courts.
• We are not responsible for unavailability of third-party APIs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, UtilizAí is not liable for financial, material, moral, operational or opportunity losses arising from use of the tools, decisions made based on their results, or eventual unavailability of the platform.

Use of the platform is subject to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Protection Impact Report.
